Breakfast quality was disappointing, especially for the price.

The kids had a blast by the beach and the hotel was perfectly located for exploring Whitby. We loved that the staff were super friendly and accommodating to my son's gluten-free needs at breakfast, not to mention the beautiful views from our room.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be ideal.

The Stables, The Inn Collection Group boasts beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with charming period features and thoughtful touches. The dining area had a lovely ambiance and was very accessible, making it comfortable for seniors to navigate.

Had a great time with friends! Visited the coastline and loved exploring the area with such a fantastic group. The room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were solid. Pro tip, the Park & Ride right across the street made getting around super easy. Definitely recommend it for group trips!

the stables is in a killer spot right by the park and ride, super handy! had an amazin time with the food, seriously loved the variety n everything tasted wicked. staff were really great, shoutout to laura for bein so helpful n chill. could just chill in the bar n enjoy good vibes. room was cozy too, perfect for a couple!

only downside was the room could get a bit hot at night and parking was slightly tricky with busyness around.

convenient base for exploring beautiful whitby landmarks and parks

I stayed here for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how close it was to Whitby Harbour and the stunning Whitby Abbey, both easily reachable on foot within a pleasant stroll. the nearby gardens were a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the well-decorated space and friendly staff, but I did notice that breakfast could have been a bit more organized during busy hours.
